Again!! - Kubo Mitsuro

Due to his scary looks and unfriendly attitude, Imamura Kinichiro is often mistaken for a delinquent and thus, spent his three years in high school without any friend. On his graduation day, he suddenly remembered the leader of his school's ouendan (cheering club), a long-haired girl who yelled with extremely loud voice three years ago on his entrance ceremony; the club was disbanded sometime after that. He went to ouendan's old club room on the old building school when a girl named Fujieda Akira mistook him for her boyfriend Hiro. Imamura and Fujieda fell down the stairs on the old school building and lost consciousness. 

When Imamura woke up, it was the day of his high school entrance ceremony??!! It turns out both Imamura and Fujieda experience time slip. Knowing the ouendan was going to be disbanded, Imamura decided to join the club and save it.

Characters:

Imamura Kinichiro

Main character. Has bleached hair and scary eyes, and is often mistaken for a delinquent. He's generally gloomy and pessimistic, but is also quite stubborn when it comes to things he care about. Although he had no friends during his "first time" in high school, he surprisingly became popular after the time slip.

Fujieda Akira

The girl who time slipped along with Imamura. Before again, she was in relationship with Hiro and enjoyed her high school life. However, after the time slip she was considered strange and her classmates avoided her. 

Usami Yoshiko

Imamura and Fujieda's upperclassman, and the leader of the school's ouendan as well as its sole member at the time of Imamura's entrance ceremony. She's very strict and stubborn, especially when it comes to cheering. 

What I like:

• I like watching ouendan on school sports matches (especially baseball) so I was surprised to see a manga about ouendan. It's a nice change from high school sports manga. I didn't know ouendan practice is that harsh :o 
• There are several brilliant moments, like when Imamura tries to cheer up Suzuki from baseball club (this one is just LOL) or Shinitai musical ("I want to die" musical) songs. 
• The usual "I want to root for them" feeling when I read sports related manga xD

What I don't like

• The not-quite-harem. As I mentioned above, Imamura became somewhat popular among the girls after his time slip and he got involved with several girls throughout the series. He got kissed.. and then it's over. I know romance isn't the focus of the manga but still, either you make harem or just focus on one girl >.<
• The last arc feels rushed and some things are not explained properly.... which is a bit of a downer since this manga had potential :/
